Secretariat

The secretariat has been set up for the purpose of organizational, legal, analytical, documentation and other support for the activities performed by the State Counsellor of the Republiс of Tatarstan.

The main objective of the secretariat shall be the fulfillment by the State Counsellor of the Republic of Tatarstan of the main goals, rights and duties in compliance of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the State Counsellor of the Republic of Tatarstan”

In order to provide the activities of the State Counsellor of the Republiс of Tatarstan, the secretariat shall fulfill the following goals and functions:

• it shall gain, process and analyze the information on social and economic, public policy situation in the republic, draw up reports, information, references, other materials and papers indispensable for the State Counsellor of the Republiс of Tatarstan;
• it shall plan, coordinate, prepare and host events, meetings, working trips of the State Counsellor of the Republiс of Tatarstan, including negotiations and meetings with his participation; when needed it shall execute the organizational and technical support of the aforementioned;
• it shall provide informational support of the activities conducted by the funds and other non-commercial organizations, where the State Counsellor of the Republiс of Tatarstan participates;
• it shall fulfill other goals and functions on the instructions of the State Counsellor of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chief of Staff to the Office of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan
