The mosque complex of Bolgar city was presented in the Kazan Kremlin

On July, 26 in the Kazan Kremlin the State Counsellor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev presented the project of the mosque complex of Bolgar city.

The complex will be built near to the Museum of Bread. It will consist of mosque, medrese and residence of sheihul-islam or mufti hasrat for official meetings with clergymen and for the guest reception.

One of the authors of the volume-spatial decision of the mosque Kul Sharif the architect Sergey Shakurov is invited for designing this complex.

The President of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov has mentioned that everything should be built of the most qualitative material, so that they could stand temperature difference and were comfortable for visitors. “The complex of mosque of Bolgar city should be decent” - has underlined Rustam Minnikhanov and wished success to everyone who works on this project.
