State automatic system for target programs and information analysis system for developing and monitoring capital investment program presented to Rustam Minnikhanov

Two automated systems were presented to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at a meeting held in the RT House of Government on March 30.

The presentation of the state automated system for target programs and the information analysis system for developing and monitoring the program of capital investment was made by RT Minister of Economy Marat Safiullin who said that the adoption of these systems ‘can open a new stage in the system of public administration in the republic”.

Marat Safiullin went on to say that the development of the programmes had taken three years and as yet the Russian Federation did not have the experience of implementation of such programmes. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov approved introduction of the state automated system for target programs in the republican ministries.
