KMPO in 2010 expects increase in sales

The Kazan Motor Building Production Association, KMPO, in 2010 expects an increase in sales by comparison with 2009. According to the company’s press service, the sales are to grow 5.6 percent.

The sales plan for 2009, approved by the board of directors, was fulfilled 100 percent, sales totalling 4.64 billion roubles. KMPO therefore fully met the production and sales targets, as well as all obligations to the customers.

The sales plan for 2010 includes 4.9 billion roubles, or 105.6 percent of that last year. The company is also actively developing new distribution channels and increasing its consumers.

One of the larger contracts in 2010 is going to be the supply of 10 compressor units to gas supplier Gazprom.
