Preparation process for Uiversiade-2013 to be discussed in Moscow

The session of the inter-department working group of federal departments for preparation and organization of Universiade 2013 in Kazan will be held in Moscow on December 15. Tatarstan Minister of Youth, Sport and Tourism Marat Bariev told Tatar-inform.

The session will be chaired by Russian Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy Vitaly Mutko. Representatives of the Russian Internal Affairs Ministry, the Federal Security Service (FSB), Russian Ministry of Healthcare, RF Ministry of Ecology, and the Board of the Federal Migration Service will take part in the session.

According to Marat Bariev, the following issues will be considered at the session: financial provision of preparation for the Universiade in the forthcoming 4 years, realization of the Games 2013 preparation plan, which has been confirmed by RF First Vice-Premier Igor Shuvalov. A report of the Universiade-2013 Directorate on the accomplished work will be made.
