Mintimer Shaimiev takes part in session of Tatarstan State Council

On October 30, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and members of Tatarstan Government took part in the 3d session of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation.

The presidium introduced 54 issues for consideration. The most important of them, - the bill “On budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planned period of 2016 and 2017” was considered by deputies in the first reading.

Tatarstan Minister of Finance Radik Gaizatullin, Chairman of the Committee on budget, taxes and finance Leonid Yakunin and Deputy Chairman of Tatarstan Accounts Chamber Albert Valeev reported on draft budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planned period of 2016 and 2017.

Tatarstan Minister of Economy Artem Zdunov made a report on social and economic development in 2015-2017.

Tatarstan Minister of Health Adel Vafin made a report on the bill “On introduction of amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On vesting local self-government bodies with certain state powers in the sphere of health care” and on the annulment of certain acts of legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan” that was passed in three readings.

Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Information and Communicaitions Roman Shaikhutdinov introduced the bill “On providing access to information about activity of state authorities and municipal self-government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan” for consideration. The document was passed in the first reading.

Other bills that stipulate introduction of amendments in current tax legislation were considered at the session.
