Mintimer Shaimiev takes part in session of RT State Council

On June 9, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the 52nd session of RT State Council of the 4th convocation.

One of the main issues on the agenda was fixing the date of elections of deputies of RT State Council of the 5th convocation that will be held on September 14, 2014.

Tatarstan budget performance for 2013 was also discussed at the session.

The Minister of Finances Radik Gaizatullin was the keynote speaker.

Deputies considered and rejected the bill “On support of citizens, who suffered from activity of legal parties on attracting funds of citizens connected with emergence of ownership right for residential premises in multi-apartment houses.” Deputy of Communist Party of the Russian Federation Artem Prokofiev presented this bill that regulates shared construction.

Moreover, Head of the fraction “United Russia” at RT State Council Aleksandr Gusev reported on activity in the parliament for 2009 - 2014.
