On November 21 Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev took part in a session of State Council that started from a minute’s silence to pay tribute to the memory of the victims of the plane crash at Kazan airport on November 17.
“We are mourning together with relatives of the dead, share their grief and express our deepest sympathy,” Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin said.
A new Minister of Justice Larisa Glukhova was then introduced to deputies of State Council.
Deputies accepted the bill “On budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 and planed period of 2015 and 2016” presented by Chairman of the Committee on budget, finance and taxes Murad Gadylshin.
This time the government hour was dedicated to tariff regulation in the sphere of housing and communal services in 2014. Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services Irek Faizullin made a report at the session.
Chairman of the Committee on legality, law and order Shakir Yagudin made report on 20 years of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
