Raising quality and competitiveness of domestic products and services in the centre at the Kazan Kremlin

RT President Mintimer Shaimiev met with Vladimir Salamatov, the RF Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Grigory Elkin, the Head of the Federal Agency for technical regulation and metrology, and Gennady Voronon, the President of the Russian Quality Organization, Chairman of the Quality Committee of the RF Chamber of Trade and Industry, at the Kazan Kremlin November 19.

They discussed issues of raising the quality and competitiveness of domestic products and services. “Overcoming these issues is of importance to us all for desire to achieve high quality should become a way of life,” the head of the republic said.

Boris Pavlov, the RT First Deputy Prime Minister, Evgeny grishin, the State Advisor to the RT President on economic issues, and other officials also attended the meeting.
