Chinese Cultural Centre opens at Kazan University branch in Naberezhnye Chelny

The opening of the Centre of Chinese Culture took place on November 17 at the Kazan State University branch in Naberezhniye Chelny.

Chinese classes, exchange of scientific publications with Chinese universities have been established at the centre. The centre leaders plan to organize student festivals, days of People’s Republic of China and other cultural and educational events dedicated to China’s history and culture.

Director of Kazan State University’s Oriental Studies and Confucius Institute Djamil Zainullin, lecturer of Confucius Institute Dr Gao participated in the opening ceremony.

Lessons in Chinese have already been organized at Kazan State University branch.
