Chinese cultural centre to open in Naberezhnye Chelny

The centre will not only offer Chinese classes but also have a well established exchange of scientific publications with universities of the People’s Republic of China. The leadership of the centre also plans to organize student festivals, Days of the People’s Republic of China and other cultural and educational events dedicated to Chinese history and culture.
