Governor of the Kaluga Region has arrived in Kazan

Anatoly Artamonov, the Governor of the Kaluga Region, arrived in Kazan on November 10. Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev and Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov met the guest at the airport.
The delegation of the Kaluga Region is on a working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan from 9 to 12 November. The delegation includes members of the regional government, heads of district administrations.
