The Kazan schools will aspire to a membership in the International Baccalaureate Organization

In the near future several schools of Kazan will apply for membership in the International Baccalaureate Organization. During one week, on the instructions of the Mayor Ilsur Metshin, each head of the districts of Kazan will select one or two schools, which will be faced with preparation for joining the International Baccalaureate.

More than 2,3 thousand schools in 128 countries of the world are members of this organization, 14 of them are in Russia (in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod and other cities). The central headquarters of the IBO and its regional office Africa-Europe-Middle East is in Geneva (Switzerland) and its program-methodical and examination center - in Cardiff (Great Britain).
