Tatarstan parliament speaker takes part in Council of Europe CLRA plenary session

Tatarstan State Council Chairman Farid Moukhametshin has left for Strasburg (France) to participate in the 17th plenary session of the Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities (CE CLRA).

Chairman of CE CLRA Chamber of Regions’ Committee for Culture and Education Farid Moukhametshin will make a report “Languages of minorities is the core of regional development” at a session of Council of Europe Congress Committee for Culture and Education.

Participants of the session will discuss issues of assistance to regional and trans-border cooperation, realization of legislative credentials of regions, RT State Council press-service informs.
