Turkish businessmen visit Tatarstan Economy Ministry

Tatarstan Minister of Economy Marat Safioullin held a meeting with the delegation of Turkish businessmen. Heads of Еczacibasi Vitra Grubu, Зilek Mobilya, Тemsa Global companies were among the delegation members. The ministry’s press-service informs.

The guests came to our republic with the purpose to get familiarized with Tatarstan market potential, establish business contacts with local entrepreneur, and consider opportunities for setting up production facilities.

Minister Marat Safioullin said that Tatarstan was open for cooperation and proposed the Turkish businessmen to prepare specific projects in order to discuss opportunities of their realization.

Guests from Turkey thanked the republican authorities for warm welcome. They showed interest in construction of infrastructure for the Universiade, collaboration on machinery building, petrochemistry and light industry. Tatarstan economy industry informed that all purchases for the Universiade are realized through electronic bidding at the website of Tatarstan Agency for State Order. He recommended the guests visiting the website to find out about the details of participation in the bid.

The Turkish delegation’s itinerary includes meetings at Tatarstan Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Kazan executive committee, and visiting several republican enterprises.
