Training suits for future first formers

Training suits will be presented to future first formers on August 27th at the Kazan social and psychological centre Serdash as part of charity rally ‘Help prepare for school’.

This time employees of the RT Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sport and Tourism joined the rally having allocated funds for training suits for future first formers on the books of the programme ‘Street social work’. There are 900 hundred kids participating in the programme, 15 of which are going to school for the first time on September 1st.

As RT deputy minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Andrei Kondratyev said, they would be glad to make the kids happy giving them training suits with certainty that they will continue good traditions of the Year of Sport and Healthy Lifestyle in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Mintimer Shaimiev meets Mikhail Piotrovsky

On 16 October in the Kazan Kremlin Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaymiev, who is also the Chairman of the Trustees Council of the regional Revival Fund, had a meeting with the Director General of the State Hermitage Mikhail Piotrovsky, who came to Kazan to take part in a ceremony of opening a new exposition “The Yusupovs. Luxury across the Centuries” at the Hermitage Kazan Exposition Center and which has been prepared especially for the 20th anniversary of the Hermitage’s first representational centre established in 2005 by celebrations of the Kazan Millennium.
