Modern Culture Festival Kremlin LIVE starts at the Kazan Kremlin

September 4, a grandiose feast - First Open Modern Culture Festival Kremlin LIVE 2009 - starts at the Kazan Kremlin. It is held on the initiative of the LIVE Group Production creative association and the Kremlin open-air museum with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of youth, sports and tourism of Tatarstan.

The feast will take place during three days on three fields: Pushechny Dvor, Manezh and near the Annunciation Cathedral. The program includes concerts, cinema and photo design and artistic projects. But, nevertheless, a heart of the feast will be a musical component, primarily – jazz and modern musical styles, genetically connected with it.

The main scene will be the Pushechny Dvor field. Famous jazz pianist Ivan Farmakovsky (Moscow) will perform on the first day of the feast. Guest of honour is Imani Uzuri, the black singer possessing an incredible vast artistic diapason. She is a participant of very interesting jazz, dancing and experimental projects. Her voice was to be heard on the concerts of Peter Gabriel and David Gilmour (Pink Floyd).

The essential mission of the feast is to create cultural environment for positive interacting, succession and respectful attitude towards spiritual values.
