BRIC International Competition Conference has started in Kazan

The BRIC International Competition Conference was opened at the Korston Hotel in Kazan on September 1st. Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Igor Shuvalov and Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the conference.

The international conference is organized by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation together with respective agencies of Brazil, India and China and with the support of the Russian Government.

The conference is the first event of the kind in the competition sphere involving the BRIC countries and dedicated to topical issues of development of competition in the rapidly developing economies. Opportunity to exchange best world practices will allow representatives of the BRIC countries and other participants to harmonize principles of competitive policy implantation and determine further steps of its development contributing to the economic progress.
