Ammann asphalt-mixing plants has started up in Tatarstan

The launch of the Amman asphalt-mixing plants by OAO Tatavtodor with the participation of Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev took place on June 18 in Arsk municipal district, Tatarstan.

The ceremony was also attended by President and Delegate of the Ammann Group Johann N. Schneider-Ammann, Deputy Chairman of the RF State Duma Transport Committee Foat Komarov, Deputy Head of the Federal Road Agency of the RF Transport Ministry Mikolay Bystrov, State Adviser to the RT President on economic issues Evgeny Grishin, RT Transport and Road Minister Gennady Emelyanov, RT Land and Property Minister Azat Khamaev and other officials.

Ammann is a leading supplier of machines, systems and services to the construction industry with core expertise in asphalt and road building worldwide. It was founded in 1869.

Mintimer Shaimiev meets Mikhail Piotrovsky

On 16 October in the Kazan Kremlin Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaymiev, who is also the Chairman of the Trustees Council of the regional Revival Fund, had a meeting with the Director General of the State Hermitage Mikhail Piotrovsky, who came to Kazan to take part in a ceremony of opening a new exposition “The Yusupovs. Luxury across the Centuries” at the Hermitage Kazan Exposition Center and which has been prepared especially for the 20th anniversary of the Hermitage’s first representational centre established in 2005 by celebrations of the Kazan Millennium.
