Meeting of the Administrative Council of the Organization of Islamic Capitals and Cities has opened in Kazan

The 27th meeting of the Administrative Council of the Organization of Islamic Capitals and Cities (OICC) opened in the Tatarstan capital on June 17. Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev welcomed the participants of the meeting.

The OICC is an International non-governmental and non-profitable organization founded in 1980 as a member of the Organization of the Islamic Conference. Its main aim is to promote sustainable development of human settlements.
