Meeting on IT workforce development has been held in Kazan

The meeting on workforce preparation for the developing IT-industry in Kazan and Tatarstan with participation of Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev took place at ICL-KME CS on June 9.

Before the meeting, Mintimer Shaimiev made the round of the plant, visited the museum and of software development centre, got familiarized with computer and server production.

ICL-KME CS is a leading Russian company, which offers integrated IT solutions and services, ranging from consultancy, design, implementation through to warranty service and maintenance of information systems regardless of scale. ICL-КME CS was founded in 1991 by the Kazan Manufacturing Enterprise of Computer Systems (KME CS) and Britain’s International Computers Limited (ICL). The shareholders of the company are the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (RT) and Fujitsu Services Limited (previously ICL).

The alliance with the world’s IT leader Fujitsu Limited provides ICL-КME CS access to state-of-the-art technologies and projects.
