RF and RT Chamber of Accounts will monitor spending budget means allocated for preparation for Universiade 2013

The RF chamber of accounts together with the RT Chamber of Accounts will monitor spending means from the federal budget allocated for Kazan’s hosting the Universiade. Sergey Stepashin said that the permanent monitoring was requested by the Tatarstan Government.

“We’ve just discussed this issue with President Mintimer Shaimiev and have come to an agreement on the necessity of the monitoring as we are talking about budgetary financing and have to allow for no speculation over this issue,” Sergey Stepashin said.
