Tatarstan President has met with Governor of Ivanovo region Mikhail Men

The meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shaimiev, and the Governor of the Ivanovo region, Chairman of the Government of the Ivanovo region, Mikhail Men, took place at the Kazan Kremlin on May 20.

Representatives of the federal authorities, the Ivanovo region and the Republic of Tatarstan were present at the meeting.

After the meeting, the parties signed an Agreement between the Government of the Ivanovo region and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan on modernization of the textile industry of the Ivanovo region on the basis of integration with petrochemical enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The delegation of the Ivanovo region led Governor and Chairman of the Government Mikhail Men arrived in Kazan early on May 20.

The head of the Ivanovo region also took part in a meeting on modernization of the textile industry of the Ivanovo region on the basis of integration with petrochemical enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan at the RT Cabinet of Ministers.
