Tatarstan Prime Minister has held a metting at SEZ Alabuga

Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov visited Yelabuga, Tatarstan on April 2. On the territory of SEZ Alabuga he held a working meeting on problems of the special economic zone infrastructure construction.

The total territory of the zone makes up 20 square kilometers. Units of the first launching complex of the first stage of construction include an administrative-business centre, customs terminal, container area. These units were put into operation in January 2008.

The following units of the second launching complex were put into operation in the end of 2008: inter-aerial electrical networks, distribution substation, water supply system, sewerage, drainage, heat supply, gas supply, high-speed communication line.

220 km engineering communication, 4.12 km highways, 4.1 km railway, intruder alarm and 20 km enclosure have been constructed by January 1, 2009.

Rustam Minnikhanov also visited the new building of the Yelabuga bus terminal and the United Russia sports complex.
