Tatarstan to host an international forum

February 16, RT First Deputy Prime Minister Boris Pavlov held a meeting on organization of the International forum 'Development of the CIS's innovative space. The role and place of chambers of commerce and industry of the CIS countries'.

The forum will take place in Kazan on 16-17 April 2009. Boris Pavlov said Tatarstan was chosen to host the forum as one of he most actively developing regions with a functional innovative infrastructure.

Heads and representatives of governmental bodies, chamber of commerce and industry of CIS member-countries, international organizations, representatives of small, medium and large-size business, Russian and foreign journalists. The forum is expected to bring together as many as 200 people.
