At the opening of Universiade in Harbin Tatarstan delegation will tell about how Kazan prepares for the world students' games 2013

February 17, Tatarstan's official delegation led by Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov is going on a visit to Harbin, China to take part in the opening ceremony of the Winter Universiade 2009. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, a member of the delegation, during the opening days of the Universiade in Harbin a meeting of the Organizing committee of Universiade 2013 and a meeting of the FISU commission chaired by George Killian will be held.

First reports of the Tatarstan leadership on the course of preparation of the republican capital to hosting the World Students' Games 2013 will be made.

Ilsur Metshin also said that the Government of the Russian Federation is preparing a resolution on allocating 7.3 billion rubles from the federal budget for designing and construction of Universiade-2013.
