The E-Government of Tatarstan was presented in Moscow

January 14, Rustam Minnikhanov, the Prime-minister of the Republic of Tatarstan met in Moscow with Igor Schegolev, the Minister of communications and mass-media of the Russian Federation.

The issues on the realization in Tatarstan the projects of the setting up of high tech park (IT-park), the development of "Khimgrad" techno-police and the change to state and municipal service rendering in the framework of "E-Government of the Republic of Tatarstan" complex project was discussed at the meeting.

Nikolay Nikiforov, the General Director of the republican Center for Information Technologies, spoke about information and communicative infrastructure, created in Tatarstan, as well as the system of electronic documents circulation, official Internet-portal of the RT Government and special Internet-portals of state services. The suggestions of Tatarstan for the switch to rendering of the most important state and municipal services in electronic type by the Internet, call-centers and infomats (information terminals).

Nikolay Nikiforov also presented the RT suggestions for setting up in the republic the United System of Transport Monitoring by the GLONASS satellite navigation system as well as the pilot project of coordination of sufferers in traffic accidents rescue on M7-highway in the framework of United Rescue Service "112" and the usage of information technologies for supporting and conducting of Universiade-2013 in Kazan.
