Great deal of work for businessmen

On November 22, the RT Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) organized a round table "On increasing the CCI role in development of regional business" with participation of Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev, President of Russian CCI Yevgeny Primakov, heads of ministries and departments of the republic, representatives of big, medium and small business.

This day Tatarstan CCI turned 10. According to head of RT CCI Shamil Ageyev who opened the session of the round table, it is a big and at the same time short term. For this time on voluntary basis more than thousand members have united in the chamber, including both private businessmen and industrial giants. Now CCI carries out functions on development of market relations, namely - represents and protects rights and interests of businessmen, provides contacts between business and authority, promotes development of external economic relations and many other things.

President of Russian CCI Yevgeny Primakov handed over the cards to new members of CCI, including trading house "Orgsintez", TV company "TVT" and others. In his opinion, the RT CCI is one of the best chambers of the Russian Federation uniting businessmen of different weight categories - representatives of small, medium and large business. He also presented President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev with a Diploma for outstanding contribution to the development of business, having noted, that Tatarstan President asserts the interests of multinational republic and is doing every effort on the way of progress not only for Tatarstan, but also Russia.
