Shaimiev - for de-bureaucratization

The president of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev considers, that middle and small business in Russia requires support of the state. "Today it is necessary to engage in the most serious way in de-bureaucratization in sphere of business in order to help people to work in this sphere. On this way there are many artificial obstacles that essentially constrain development of middle and small business", - told M. Shaimiev in interview to "Interfax". And he specified, bureaucratic obstacles are incorporated in working statutory acts.

In opinion of the head of republic, the modern level of development of economy urgently demands close attention to state of affairs in domestic business. " The Problem of creating middle class has already matured, since becoming of a civil society without presence of the real proprietors is impossible. Without it we shall not achieve the basic purpose of the implemented economic and political reforms in Russia ", - said M.Shaimiev.

Today, he believes, new approaches, concrete decisions are necessary in order maximum people could develop their own business.
