Federal bodies should operate in coordination

The president of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev has signed the order on formation of the working group for preparation of the offers on issues of coordination and ordering activity of territorial federal enforcement authorities.

According to this document before l August 15 the offers on issues of coordination of activity with federal authorities should be prepared. RT President has charged First Vice Primier Ravil Muratov to head the working group On the first session the heads of all federal territorial bodies, representatives of the RT Main federal inspector were invited.

Ravil Muratov has charged all heads of the ministries and departments within two days to present for consideration and generalization the proposals on perfection of system of interaction with federal bodies.

The first vice-premier called all to work in a channel of the coordinated decisions, leaning on the Constitution of Russia and Tatarstan, messages of Presidents of the Russian Federation and Tatarstan. The offers submitted by republic, in opinion of the group chairman, should be taken as much as possible into account at a federal level, and for this purpose they should be, in turn, weighed and coordinated.

As known, a serious work of the federal commission on differentiation of subjects of management is now conducted under the direction of Dmitry Kozak where RT President Mintimer Shaimiev is working also, and also generated by the orders of the President of Russia working group on optimization of activity of federal enforcement authorities headed by Russian vice-premier Victor Khristenko.

It is supposed, that all coming proposals will be accumulated in the Center of economic and social researches under RT Cabinet , and on Friday the next session of working group on consideration of coming offers expected.
