Tatarstan President received German delegation

July 6, the President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev received the delegation of German businessmen led by the Chairman of Board of ЇWintershallю AG company Herbert Detharding.

It is not the their first visit to our republic. In the beginning of the conversation Mintimer Shaimiev has noted, that from a meeting to a meeting a progress is obvious, the intentions are being realized. It would be desirable to speed up this process, said the President. The main part of the meeting was held "behind the closed doors".

"Wintershall AG" is engaged in extraction of energy carriers in different parts of the globe. In particular, the company recovers gas in Western Siberia.

The parties had considered a question of processing gas condensate at the "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" company and using condensate for production of various chemical products.
