Session of Kamaz Board of directors

Members of Board of directors have considered the problem on participation Kamaz plant in other organizations. The board has charged executive management to carry out necessary legal and organizational actions on the terminating participation of " Kamaz " in the big list of the enterprises and the organizations set up by company in the ninetieth years. In the authorized list were submitted about 40 affiliated, dependent and other enterprises and organizations founded with participation of "Kamaz capital in Russia and foreign countries, not connected with "Kamaz" current activity and not bringing the expected incomes.

During the session the issues were considered connected with reorganization of the enterprises in Bulgaria, created with participation of Kamaz capital and the Bulgarian commercial structures. In particular, on the basis of two enterprises "Avtokama " and "Kamaz -Burgas" the uniform enterprise - "Kamaz -Balkan" with 100-percentage participation "Kamaz" was set up.
