Tatarstan to become a model of future Russia?

On March 1, at the meeting with Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev in the Kazan Kremlin secretary of the RF Academy of Sciences Dmitry Lvov suggested no less than creating a model of future Russia on TatarstanІs example.

Dmitry Lvov is one of the top experts in the theory of capital efficiency and new techniques, investment management, socioeconomic development forecasts. Besides, he is one of the directors of the scientific seminar "Unknown economy" considering the most important issues of RussiaІs economic reforms.

According to Dmitry Lvov, Tatarstan is one of the most interesting regions due to its scientific, technological and natural resources. It is an ideal object for a large-scale experiment. Using the resource conservation, it is possible to receive maximum income and allow local population to benefit from it. On example of Tatarstan, we could see possible position of Russia if it involves the resources used in other countries.

However, it is a preliminary plan. Academician Dmitry Lvov came to Tatarstan to learn more about its production-resource potential and managing sector. On March 2, he will take part in the inter-regional conference on these issues.
