Leasing - simple and pays back

The RF Government will soon consider the issue of state leasing in aviation industry. Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev expressed his view as to the importance of this problem for Russia and Tatarstan.

For a long time we have been lobbying our aircraft construction, not only because Tatarstan has a few aircraft enterprises, but understanding the priorities of development of Russia's economy. The system of leasing is approved by all world, Mintimer Shaimiev noted. Without it we can't speak about launching the production of new planes. When we accuse Aeroflot or other Russian companies of purchasing foreign aircrafts, they reason it by conditions of leasing - it is simple and pays back. In Russia this scheme has not been developed so far.

The President emphasized the need for active creation of leasing companies to purchase home made planes. Aircraft construction is one of our priorities.
