Over this short time unique facilities have been built that are normally built for decades, you have constructed them in three-five years. I would not like to enumerate them, they are many. New beautiful buildings, residential buildings, state-of-the-art shopping centres where people can skate even in summer - it is amazing!.. I am proud of Kazan. I congratulate all the residents of Kazan and the republic and would like to say that I love your President, I consider Mintimer Sharipovich to be the most talented and intelligent leader in Russia."
