A 3-billion ton of oil to be celebrated in Tatarstan in 2007

Solemn campaign devoted to celebration of this event will be held in September 2007 according to the published document. The Cabinet of RT was commissioned together with "Tatneft" Open Corporation to elaborate and confirm the plan of appropriate celebrations and provide its fulfillment. Local authorities, organizations and enterprises, public organizations should take part in preparation and celebration of this event. RT "Tatmedia" Agency of mass communication and RT mass media should throw light upon the celebrations.

The following figures entered the organizing committee on celebration of a 3-billion ton of oil: Tatarstan PM Rustam Minnikhanov (the chairman of the committee); director general of "Tatneft" Open Corporation Shafagat Takhautdinov; the first vice-PM, minister of economy and industry Boris Pavlov; minister of ecology and natural resources Irina Larochkina; the state adviser to RT president on output, oil and gas Renat Muslimov; vice-PM, minister of culture Zilya Valeyeva; vice-PM, minister of transport and road economy Vladimir Shvetsov, vice-head of President personnel Bulat Zinnurov, minister of healthcare Kamil Zyatdinov, minister of internal affairs Asgat Safarov, director general of RT "Tatmedia" Agency of mass communication Marat Muratov, head of Almetyevsk municipal region Rishat Abubakirov, director general of "Nizhnekamskneftechim" Open Corporation Vladimir Busygin, and many others.
