169 Tatarstan families became new settlers within the framework of social mortgage program

On July 13 RT President Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the solemn opening of the first house built in Kazan within the framework of republican social mortgage program.

Kazan city mayor Ilsur Metshin, head of Kazan municipal formation executive committee Marat Zagidullov, executive manager of State Housing fund of RT President Talgat Abdullin and heads of other city departments also were present at the ceremony.

The new block of flats is a 10-storey house situated on Dubravnaya street. 169 happy families will live here. The inner decoration and the yard are very comfortable.
As Ilsur Metshin declared, improvement of living conditions of Kazan and Tatarstan citizens is one of priority programs.
