Mintimer Shaimiev: "System of public health services should come up to each family”

President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev took part in opening the building of neurologic block of Zelenodolsk Central regional hospital and inspected the building of surgical block.

During visiting Central Regional Hospital the medical equipment produced by Zelenodolsk enterprise "POZIS" was shown to the President among them refrigerator for blood storage, medical deep-freezer intended for storage of frozen plasma and pharmaceutical refrigerator for storage of medicinal preparations. By many specifications this technical equipment does not concede to foreign analogues. The equipment is furnished with monitoring system of temperature, fully-automated, control is carried out from portable computer. The computer of "live" warehouse named the President the equipment of Tatarstan enterprise. Further he examined various CRH premises , including, the room for the disabled and veterans of the Great Patriotic war, featured with cosiness and enhanced comfort. Then Mintimer Shaimiev visited operational block where, according to experts of Zelenodolsk CRH about 20 operations on heart and liver, and less expensive are possible to perform than those made in Moscow.

Communicating with medical personnel of hospital, the head of republic noted, that the attitude to medicine cardinally is changing as a whole in the country, and in Tatarstan especially. Speaking about the importance of national projects sounded by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Mintimer Shaimiev noted, that a special attention should be given to medicine. Today it is necessary to equip medical establishments with advanced technics, to create conditions for work of doctors and middle medical staff. The system of public health services should come up to each family, - he emphasized.
