Volga region arbitration court is 5 years old

December 23, the Kazan Kremlin - Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev received chairman of the Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia Veniamin Yakovlev.

Five years ago Kazan became a capital in the system of arbitration courts of the Volga region, uniting courts of seven Russian regions. These organizations are not connected with executive or legislative authority, and their unification does not depend on administrative - territorial division.

V.Yakovlev highly appraised the work of both district and republican arbitration courts.

During the meeting, M.Shaimiev and V.Yakovlev discussed the results of five-year work, problems and prospects of the Federal Arbitration Court of the Volga district. They also touched upon the problem of arbitration courts applying the bankruptcy legislation. It is connected with the destiny of many participants of economic relations.
