Mintimer Shaimiev took part in opening of Korston hotel compex in Kazan

November 14, Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the opening of the new hotel-trade-entertainment complex, “Korston”, in Kazan.
Taking part in the opening ceremony were: the Governor of the Kostroma oblast, Mr. Viktor Shershunov, the Chairman of the RF State Duma Commission fro fighting corruptin, Mr. Mikhail Grishanov, the RT First Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Ravil Muratov, the RT Deputy State Council Chairman, mr. Alexander gusev, the Mayor of Kazan, Mr. Ilsur metshin, the Presdient of group of companies “Korston”, mr. Anatoly Kuznetsov.

Greeting the gathering in front of the new hotel and entertainment complex, the head of the republic congratulated them on occasion of the event. “If ten years ago I were said that within such a short period of time so much could be done, that the city could be so much embellished, that so many new buildings could be built, I would doubt it, Mintimer Shaimiev confessed. Each day is a new opening. We are harvesting fruit of our creative activity. We have no doubts that in the future the republic will continue to work in such a creative regime”. Te RT president emphasized that the Tatarstan capital sees opening of numerous trade and entertainment centres, but in Korston on e can find everything in one place: hotel, offices, supermarket, restaurants, cinema, etc. “It’s a wonderful stimulus to earn money”, Mintimer Shaimiev noted.
