Mintimer Shaimiev: “Average family income should go before charges for housing services”

November 29, after the meeting of the work group of the RF State Council on issues of work of state power bodies of the RF subjects on reforming housing and communal services and construction of affordable housing taking into account the interests of low-income population groups, RT President Mintimer Shaimiev gave an interview to television channel “Vesti”, in which once again he focused a number of pressing questions of this sphere.
Asked about his opinion about the realisation of the national project “Affordable and comfortable housing to Russian citizens”, the head of the republic answered that its implementation highlighted a number of corresponding problems that are to be settled efficiently. At the same time, Mintimer Shaimiev marked that some regions of the country had gained some positive experience.
