Mintimer Shaimiev is leading a session of working group of RF State Council

Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev leads the second session of working group of RF State Council on housing reformation and available accommodation in Moscow on December 15.
The session of Russian Federation State Council on the same issues takes place in Kazan on January 20, 2007. The working group consists of 31 people: heads of federal and local ministries and departments, leaders of major specialized enterprises and institutes of the country.
Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev headed the working group according to the instructions of the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin due to positive experience accumulated in the republic in the sphere of housing construction and reformation of housing structure.

On 6 June the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev laid flowers to the monument of the Great Russian poet Aleksandr Pushkin by the Jalil State Opera and Ballet Theatre in Kazan.
