The Chinese delegation visited the Kazan Helicopter Plant

The next destination point of the delegation headed by the President of China Hu Jintao in Kazan was the OJSC “Kazan Helicopter Plant”.

The Director General Aleksandr Lavrentev met the guests at the territory of the plant.

The Chinese guests viewed the plant workshops and the products. The President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev and RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied the President of China during the visit to one of the main plants of the aircraft complex of the republic.

OJSC “Kazan Helicopter Plant” is one of the most modern industrial aircraft plants of Europe. Reliability, modesty, security and simplicity in maintenance of the helicopters produced by the OJSC “Kazan Helicopter Plant” have been appreciated by operators not only in Russia but far behind its borders. Nowadays Kazan-made helicopters are run in more than 80 countries of the world.
