President of the Republic of Czechia, ‘Tatarstan is a reliable partner’

A letter from Czechia President Vaclav Klaus was received by Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev, as the President’s press-service informs. Vaclav Klaus thanks RT President for the hearty reception that was shown to him and the Czech delegation in Tatarstan. “I and my spouse received many impressions. Although I know many parts of Russia, the visit to dynamically developing Kazan made a strong impression,” – the letter states.

Vaclav Klaus also expressed gratitude to Mintimer Shaimiev on behalf of the entrepreneurs’ delegation, which accompanied him during the official visit.

“During our conversation I gained confidence that Tatarstan is a reliable partner of the Republic of Czechia in the field of economic cooperation and that it is very useful to organize joint events, for example, National Exhibition of Czechia Republic in Kazan in June of the current year,” – the President of Czechia noted in his letter.
