Mintimer Shaimiev held RT Security Council’s session on the questions of gas and oil chemical complex development

Tatarstan President, the Chairman of RT Security Council Mintimer Shaimiev held a session on the issues of gas and oil chemical complex’ development.

The members of the Council listened to the report of RT first vice Prime Minister – Minister for economy and industry Boris Pavlov - about the perspectives of tire complex’ development and its cooperation with automobile complex. During the discussion of this top task Mintimer Shaimiev pointed out that integration of Nizhnekamskshina LTD to the group of enterprises JSC Tatneft gave its positive results. It reflected in the turnover increase of the production, which is essential for automobile builders of the country. “Tire production in Tatarstan should be best in quality and enough in quantity. We have all conditions for this, including raw materials and modern equipment”, said republican head. The basic direction of this complex is integration of Tatarstan’s tires into such country’s automobile productions as KAMAZ, JSC Severstal-avto.

During the session they also studied the questions of JSC Tatneft-Nizhnekamskneftehim-Oil, which was reported by director general of JSC Tatneftehiminvest-Holding Rafinat Yarullin and by vice director of JSC Tatneft-Nizhnekamskneftehim-Oil Alexei Kitanov. According to Mintimer Shaimiev, the tasks of synthetically oil production in the Republic are set due to possibilities of the stable work of this production. Talking about development perspectives of JSC Tatneft-Nizhnekamskneftehim-Oil he said that if the problems of plant supplying with mineral raw materials is solved it will allow to have new planned production capacity.
