Two ministries of Tatarstan to be reorganized in one

Reorganization of RT Ministry of Labor and Employment and RT Ministry of Social Protection has been considered on the session of RT State Council Committee on state formation and local government. The initiative belongs to RT president; he suggested uniting the two ministries in one - RT Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection. The committee members agreed with the suggestion and submitted the issue for consideration of RT State Council.

RT President Mintimer Shaimiev thinks that credit of investors allows improving way of life in villages. The head of the republic expressed his point of view on issues that evoke great public interest among citizens of the republic. Piquet with participation of Kugeevo village (Zelenodolsk District) has been held near the building of Tatarstan Parliament. They have a controversy concerning land shares with an investor. RT President Mintimer Shaimiev, RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov, Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin talked with participants of the piquet.

In case of Kugeevo village 35 controversial lots are involved. The village residents protest against presence of the investor – JSC Krasniy Vostok. “People don’t understand what they will do without investors, how they will develop; they don’t understand if any enterprise will be able to work without help of state. There are some cases of violation – law-enforcement bodies have to solve such problems,” Mintimer Shaimiev said.

Mintimer Shaimiev indicated that the problems cannot be solved without interference of republican authorities. Representatives of executive power will take up these issues, as the President pointed out.
