Mintimer Shaimiev has visited Zainsk

August 10, RT President Mintimer Shaimiev attended the ceremony of laying the first stone in the foundation of the Ice Palace being built in Zainsk, Tatarstan.
Speaking at the ceremony, the head of the republic marked the achievements Zainsk had made over the recent years.
Talking about the traditional August pedagogical conference being held in Zainsk, Mintimer Shaimiev said that “people of Zainsk have what to show to teachers of the republic”. The President believes that the most important thing is “to allow the children of Tatarstan have competitive personalities”.
Emphasizing the importance of building the Ice Palace in Zainsk, RT President said that “the development of all sports is the modern ideology of society”. “Children need to apply their energy at sports ground”, he said.
RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov, Chief of Staff of the RT President Yuri Kamaltynov, RT Education and Science Minister Nail Valeyev, Head of the Zainsk district Rinat Fardiev also attended the ceremony.
