Mintimer Shaimiev has held a meeting of the antiterrorist commission of the Republic of Tatarstan

August 14, President of Tatarstan, Chairman of the antiterrorist commission of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev held the meeting of the commission for antiterrorist security measures in the course of the election campaign to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the President of the Russian Federation in 2007-2008.
The members of the antiterrorist commission heard reports of the Head of the Directorate of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, Mr Evgeny Vdovin, the acting Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mr Renat Timerzyanov, and the Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mr. Anatoly Fomin.
