Mintimer Shaimiev and Rashid Nurgaliyev presented militiamen with flat keys and opened the new building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

November 14, Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev and Russian Internal Affairs Minister General Rashid Nurgaliyev, who is visiting the Tatarstan capital, handed over flat keys to militiamen who are going to become new tenants of the housing complex ‘Solnechni gorod’ (Sunny town). The day also saw the opening of the memorial complex and the new building of the RT Internal Affairs Ministry being attended by Mintimer Shaimiev and Rashid Nurgaliev.
