Letters of gratitude have been sent from the President of Russian Sport Wrestling Federation to the President of Tatarstan

7 July, letters of gratitude have been sent from the President of Russian Sport Wrestling Federation M.Mamiashvili to Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev.

Svetlana Lipatova (49 kg) and Rodion Samatov (42 kg) made their contribution to the common victory. Svetlana Lipatova won a bronze medal in free-style wrestling championship. Rodion Samatov became the first prize winner in Greco-Roman style wrestling.

“Successful result of the national team is a result of joint efforts of the Republic of Tatarstan authorities, heads of Russian Sport Wrestling Federation and its Trustees Council in realization of the national program of developing free-style and Greco-Roman style wrestling “Wrestle and win!”

We express gratitude to you for considerable contribution to training of sportsmen – members of Russian national team and a careful participation in development of sport wrestling in the Republic of Tatarstan for the good of the whole Russia” the letters say.
